Now, THAT would be amazing! Har! [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] spyder [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]
Yeah, 'er 'uh, spyder,
That concept is AMAZING to me! A selective group of us could form a Delaware Corporation, or LLC, put up the capital, recruit certified technicians by way of an attractive signing bonus and benefits, guaranteed wages for say, 4-6 months, then they would be compensated by an hourly wage higher than the Stealers pay, plus an earned productivity bonus. Say, for "found work", or work they discovered in addition to the repair, or R&R at hand. The Company would furnish transportation and expenses, the technician would furnish his own tools, which we would insure. We would start out in the state with the most Harley registrations, which I think to be Ohio, and then grow according to demand. It would take a substancial investment in the beginning to operate, but with the right people and management team, I think it would evolve into a very
lucrative venture. The need definitely pre-exists the idea. Please advise. I'm in, and open for discussion. Later--HUBBARD
