Shumate Harley Davidson in Spokane, WA and their satelite store in Lewiston, ID closed at the end of biz today. Employees were laid off and service techs were told to take their tools and gear because nobody could guarantee access to the building after tonight to retrieve things. No paychecks for the last 2 weeks were available either.
Seems that a new buyer is in line but no word on whether it will go through or not or the timing on when it would reopen.
Shumate's dealership in Kennewick, WA (TriCities, WA) is still open.
