A supertrapp 2 into 1 on a 120 can fix that Spyder!

Hey Chip,

All I know is Google - try this link: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Lawndale,+NC&ie=UTF8&z=11&ll=35.384012,-81.382599&spn=0.38795,0.718231&om=1

Looks like 182 originates in Lincolnton and heads west from there.

I finally got on to the site after having difficulty getting things to match up.  I had an 06 SC Ultra color Green and traded it in pending the special order of my new 07 Red and Black due in December.  I loved the 06 103 but the 110 just got to me especially with the six speed. I have enjoyed your helpful information and look forward to participating in future discussions.  One thing I would like some feedback is on the air cleaner for the SE Ultra.  I called the Motor Company and spoke to a tech who told me that the Ultra did come with the free flowing air cleaner like the other SE's but that it was football shaped in lieu of round.  Any truth?  I never saw my 06 cleaner because I had the stage 1 kit installed prior to picking up.  Thanks for the replies.

Another welcome! To answer your question the 07's do not have a stage 1 (open element) air cleaner. They have the closed back and what HD calls a "free flowing" filter.

I stumbled onto this thread and realized that I certainly fell into the category of "Lurker" and decided it was about time to jump in!  I have enjoyed sharing the group's activities and gatherings through the pictures and comments that have been and are continually being posted.  What a great site!  I was directed to the site one evening at our local "bike night" as we were leaving on our new CVO V-Rod by an odd fellow screaming out to us to check out the website "cvoharley.com".  As soon as we made it to the house, I grabbed the notebook and pulled up the site.  I've been hooked ever since.  It turns out that the guy that directed us to the site wasn't odd at all, but was "Chip" or "Silver-Black".  Over the following weeks, we got to know Chip and Nancy better and fed off of Chip's excitement through the build of his new Thunder Mountain Frontier Chopper and I must add, what a sweet ride it is.   The name "Lilbear" comes from our affection for our pets.  We have three Shelties of which one is referred to as the Bear - therefore, the little yellow bike is referred to as the "Lilbear".  We live in Charlotte, NC and enjoy riding the Blue Ridge Parkway and almost any of the roads that eventually lead their way back home.  We usually ride the Heritage Softail ("BearsPa"), for general crusing and long hauls, but whenever the weather is right and the adreneline needs a fix, the "Lilbear" comes to the resue.  We enjoy riding on two wheels at any and every given opportunity.  We especially enjoy the rides together with friends and the commoraderie that goes along with it.  The members of this site seem to share our enthusiasm for the road and the fellowship of fellow riders and it just seemed like a perfect fit.  We really wished that we could have joined the group in Maggie Valley, but were unable to as our Scuba diving schedule got in the way.  The pictures of the event were awesome and it looked like everyone had a great time.  Technically, I purchased the "Lilbear" for my wife, but she seems to enjoy being on the back for now.  As for the inherent "OCD" that oozes from this site, I am no stranger to it as Tilley's and assorted other HD dealers in the area have a fair share of my wallet in hand.  It's really amazing what a few extra HP can cost these days!  We wont even mention the chrome that goes without saying.  I do appreciate all of the posts on this site that will hopefully help in deciding what some of the better expenditures are before wasting (I meant investing) even more money.  It is great to hear from others what works, what works well and what doesn't even work before making another purchase.  Ultimately, a new "Glide" type CVO is in my future, but that perfect ride just hasn't yet come available.  We will just have to wait and see what CVO offerings are available in '08!  Who knows, I might just follow Chip's lead and get a Thunder Mountain Chopper.  That is one cool bagger!  I look forward to meeting up with more of you in the near future and the great rides that are certain to follow.
