Dyno tune after cam& headers,09 UC
« on: September 16, 2009, 06:06:50 PM »

I already had the SE AF & Bub Stealth Mufflers,I added a Andrews 21H cam and V&H Power Duals. My goal was to equalizer flow & sound out of both mufflers, cooler running motor & exhaust and pick up some HP & TQ. I haven't been able to ride it yet because of rain but it sounds really good and judging from the graph it should be what I was looking for.

Bob,

Should be more umph in there some where.  I traded a 2003 Roadglide that was 95ins. S/E air cleaner, Andrews 21 for my S/E Roadglide.   It had 98 pounds of torque at 3000 rpm.   That was with a Power Commander that is no where near as good as a Mastertune.  It did have 2 into 1 exhaust but I still think yours should have a bit more power in there some where.

That Andrews 21 cam made that 2003 Roadglide one of the most fun bikes I have ever owned.  Pulled like a tractor even with a big fat guy and a backseat rider holdin' her back.   You will like that cam.

Dave really didn't try to twist it real hard because I don't ride like that plus I have restrictive mufflers and I was only looking for more bottom and mid range.
IMHO I think the 95 bore & stroke is a better combination them the 96 is so it will always make better power all things being equal.
