I just looked at them on the website.................. Can't say they do anything for me, I would not be to excited about drilling holes in the cover.

Sorry.  Having to cut what would obviously be extra holes in the body work to stick the bars up through while at the same time leaving the sides of the cover open and exposed (and funny looking) wouldn't be my thing.  It's not nearly as bad as pics we saw here a couple years ago of a SEEG that someone had cut big grotesque notches in the inner fairing of to accommodate nearly vertical ape hangars.  But......

Dressers put some limitation on the handlebars that can be used (if you don't want to butcher the bike).  We know that going in.  Usually a fair to middling idea to stay within those broad limitations.

It's true that with the standard black pieces it's an inexpensive piece to play with.  Certainly not enough cost to deter the effort if it's something you really want to try.  Just because I nor anyone else might not is no reason not to have some fun with it and see how it goes.  Good luck.

The 10" chubbies do provide a comfortable position on the RG's. I did them on a bike almost two years ago so they are certainly not a new look. Many in this area have them. I even have a customer that has them on an Electra-glide. Used a standard pocket where the stereo goes and put holes in the bottom of it for the bars.

But don`t you lean hardly forward with these t-bars , it seems to be a more aggressive position and the comfort will be gone away i guess , is it so ?

I now see he has a standard RG, no big deal, all function, little form. They should work fine for you. Like you say, that's how you roll.  :2vrolijk_21:

The look just does not seem correct to me.  I think there are much better choices in bar for a RG.
