Surprising you felt that way about Smokie Mountain HD Howie...Never had a bad experience with them.  We stop in there every year during out annual trip to Pigeon Forge and they've treated us very well...but then again maybe my expectations are lower than yours.   :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2:

This is the one in Maryville, TN Charlie, cause I think there's another SMHD. Not sure about that. Not very friendly there I found though. I asked to talk to the GM or Sales Mgr, and they told me to make an appointment! Just the opposite from the folks at Parkway! Just my observation. They also charged Rich 50 bucks to basically do NOTHING but put 10 psi of air in his rear tire, after he asked them to check why he's getting a wobble!!! :nixweiss: :nixweiss: :nixweiss:
