On top of grandfather mtn..wind was blowing 60 miles and hour up there

leaving grandfather mtn..the 07 red road king blew over while going down the mtn...no damage too the bike..wind was really bad (40 to 50 miles ahour)

Getting too stations inn and Freeborns which is aross the street..500 bikes were there on sunday and two band were playing and plenty of food

for everyone meeting this weekend in the NC mtns read this...parkway is closed where 421 comes out of north wilksboro and north of blowing rock..the detures are easy too follow...google north carolina blue ridge parkway and it will show the closing. and anyone staying or going thru blowing rock they have too ride 221 from blowing rock too grandfather mtns..its 18 miles long and people say its better than the dragon..

Last pic...today  is the 1st day of fall for some people its not alot of riding left..here in NC we ride year round. no more short sleeve shirts and tank shirts.
Time too get out the leathers and chaps. winter is around the corner..
Ride safe its been a hell of a summer.
