South Florida scenes.
« on: December 09, 2005, 07:54:06 PM »

I know the bar has been set really high lately, by voluptuous women and beautiful scenery but particularly for those in cold weather, I thought some scenes of warmer temps might be appealing:

This is the view of Jupiter lighthouse from across the inlet at my favorite outdoor bar.

Great pictures!  They bring back memories of 23 years ago when I lived in Ft Lauderdale!  It's going to be in the 60's today so I'm off to get ready to ride!

Funny to hear people use that word around here.  Particularly all the transplanted New Yorkers.  Of all people, they should know the difference.

The TV weather guys crack me up, talking about "cold temperatures tonight with lows in the mid 50's". ;D

But no, there's no winter down here.

Great pictures. I will be there between Christmas and New Years. We are flying into Miami and renting bikes to ride to Key West and then to the west coast at Marco Island. It up to 30 degree here today like a heat wave in Iowa DelNel [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
