I am looking to purchase a 2009 Flhtcuse4 found a couple out there.  What are your thoughts on prices in this economy?

So I don't get confused I priced it the same as the SERG.
$75K takes either one.
Or $140K for both!

Seems like a fair price to me for a couple of the finest motorcycles in the country.

Greatly depends on dealer and demand in the area.  Here in south Texas sales actually climb at this time of the year and thus the used models go for a good price.  My dealer just sold my old 07 Se Ultra for 28,500 with 21,000 miles and it needed tires.  So I would think an 09 would be more a lot more, $32,000 seems reasonable.

I agree but I think it mostly depends on the location.  CVOs are always in demand, even used if they are in good shape.  I paid $24,XXX for my like-new 2007 Ultra with 18K miles on it.  Better than the sticker the dealer had on it because I am the HOG Director.  Two others tried to steal it out from under me- one from TX offering $2K more sight unseen.  (Good thing my dealer is an honest and honorable guy.)  If a 2007 is mid-$20s and the retail price of a 2009 is only a few hundred more, you can do the math for a 2009.  I think $31ish sticker would be about right with 10K or so miles on the odoemter in my part of the country.  If you live in an area where a CVO is jacked up above retail, add the same mark up.

Anything that has more then a couple thousand miles on it, I would seriously consider a 2010. Unless you can get it for $30,000.00 or less.

I have the 2009 Red Screamin Eagle with a number of mod's completed on it..  10K miles... any interest get in touch with me.  $31,5  perfect and excellent shape.   Have bought a new one every year no other reason.  (Best bike I've ever owned out of 7).

  the 2009 ultras seem to be holding there value as well as any of the product line right now. so finding one at a bargain is going to take some searching. But as someone suggested if you are to pay up there why not go with 2010. hope this helps!

Dealer gave me $32K on  trade for my 09 ruby. A new one for $30k to $32k sounds fair.

My dealer would give me 32k on mine on a new 2010.

The 09's are doing good.

I'm still shocked that someone here was offering his '07 SEUC for $20K. That's a $5K drop per year from the $30K '09. That;s not holding much value. My '07 on the other hand has 37,000 break in miles on it and would be in the same class as Chip's. Not a dollar less than $70K but I'll ship it anywhere in the CONUS.
