Mom @ 82 rides with me on a 6,000 mile trip

My mom @ 82 years old went with me on a work related road trip. We left Houston, Texas and went to the Grand Canyon at sunset, then down south to yuma Arizona, then up to La California, then up to Las Vegas NV. Hooked up and went to the skywalk on the west entrance of the Grand Canyon, then back to La California, and then down to San Diego, and back home to Houston, Texas..  90% of the travel were done on back roads, scenic routes and 2 laners. The thing that killed me the most was listening to Country and western XM stereo the entire time. Once in a lifetime trip

This is her just before sunset @ the canyon...Just look at that big smile.....and all #7 of my brother and sisters hate me for it....I just love to be hated..

Now that's something you will never forget or regret!  :2vrolijk_21: What a great mom too. A lot of our moms are gone now, can we adopt yours? I could put up with some C & W for a few days. Congratulations, more pics of the trip?
