Well, FR8TRN, sorry to hear about the delay, but at least 1/6 is right around the corner.

Glad it helped out JD, Eastern is easy to deal with, I'm lucky enough to be close enough to drive to em, unfortunately I get to pay tax for this ability......  I looked at the Samson's also, but they didn't have em in stock when I was there....I wanted to see em...only having the V&H Ovals left me limited on choices.....but I'm happy.  Yeah the release date is just around the corner, but there is nothing to say it won't be pushed out again.....and again......and.... I owe this site some pictures of my bike, and I'll take some of the Samsons as soon as I get the V&H Dresser Duals installed (and it stops raining).

I've been thinkin over the SERT, if this recal don't come thru soon I may just get it.  I wanna increase the R's a bit, can't do that with the PCIII....

That's true, FR8TRN, although the stage 1 download the dealer should be getting after the first of the year will likely bump the rev limiter up to 6200, if it's consistent with past downloads, and then, as I understand it, the PCIII when plugged in will allow the bike to rev to that point as well.

I won't do anything to discourage you from getting the SERT, since I am using it, and it's fun to play with.  Although, as many on this board have said in the past, it's all about which dyno tuner you decide to use (now or later) and whether they have a preference of one over the other.

Yeah....decisions.....so will the SERT let me take it up a little higher, maybe 6500???  And where can I look at the maps available for the SERT??  I'm workin all this out in my head......If I take the $150 for the recal...and sell the PCIII for $150.....then I'm only in the SERT for another $70 or so gettin it from Zanotti's.......that ain't bad, specially since I'll be able to tune it with that from there on out.....I'm not as worried about the tuner, plenty around here, I'm sure one of em likes the SERT.... You can dial in any RPM you want on the rev limiter.

By the way, in addition to the $150 for the stage 1 download "parts", the dealers around here charge anywhere from $50-100 for labor to install it.

Well, that's the difference between your more reasonable dealers and some of ours out here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Well I haven't been by to see, but I can almost bet Mikes Famous Bikes in Delaware is asking $40,000 for an '06 SE Ultra, he wanted $38,000 for an '05 when I was pokin around....

For 34304-06 stage 1 racing recalibration, Moco says it is for '06 FLHTCUSE 103" motor with SE air filter and SE Pro II slip fit muffler.  SE catalog does not list a SE Pro II slip muffler for touring models.  Touring bikes list the SE Pro Performance muffler 65115-98B and the SE Pro One-Piece Performance muffler 64903-99 on page 87 in the 2006 SE catalog.  Is this a typo in the description for the recalibration refering to the SE Pro II slip fit muffler?  Which muffler(s) is this recalibration designed to work with?  Anyone know?
