Well, I don't know whether the stage 1 download was meant for one particular SE muffler over another, but I can tell you that in the latest list of SERT maps, HD specifies part number 65115-98B as the muffler on which the '06 FLHTCUSE map (141MP002-A0.MT6) was based.
