a non member would not be able to access that area of the site.

So as the representative from Zippers did to offer us the air cleaner discount this vendor would also have to become a member.

[highlight] Last night I went to a Christmas Gathering for some local Biker's and to my surprise two of my friends rode (a softail springer and a road king) rode there neither of them had a windshield or wore a helmet..... :o

When I was ready to leave I noticed their seats were glazed over with ice. We also have about 2-3 inches of snow here. And the temperature outdoors was 22 degrees per my truck's thermometer.

Talk about your mind over matter........... [smiley=drink.gif][/highlight]

What MIND?????????

Boatman, what was the cost, including the $30 for the lip, for the shield you have there?

A 9 1/2" is too short and a 12" is too tall for me, so this looks like it might be a great alternative.

Brian, I was thinking the same way until I read the lip does the same thing as having a 1-2" higher shield. If that's the case the 9 1/2" will be right for me. It will give more vision over shield without the effects of wind from a lower shield. I was looking for a Euro lip for our scooters, Thanks Boatman [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Maybe I'll go 10" then.

Still waiting to see if someone who's done business with them wants to try to initiate a GB.

Perhaps someone who has already been a customer would write him, mentioning their postitive experience, linking to the vendor section, and asking if he would like to post a discount offer to the membership for the large group of riders to be aware of?

Haven't already been a customer, but I'll sure write and ask them.......all they can do is say "NO" [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

I just ordered a few hours ago the 14"  smoke with the lip. My height is mainly in my torso and I needed the extra tall size. I wanted the very dark sunglass tint like Fast Aire  offers but they don't use that dark of a tint, and Fast Aire does not make a sunglass tint over 9" for safety reasons. So I went with tall instead of dark. ;D
The man at Clearview was very patient and answered all of my questions and even e-mailed me info and photos while I had him on the phone. One of the photos he sent me was of GlideBoy's  FLHTCUSE!
I told him I heard about his product from this website too. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Just picked up on this thread, I like the sounds of this shield, got to wonder how the rain rolls off if it though. I wonder how much pooling affect it will give to the corners. If anybody here has had this shield in the rain and how does it handle it, I'd like to know. Lower shield out of the line of sight and still wind breaking, that's to cool.

I sure would like to see this hit the group buy section, seeing as it will more than likely be a big hit.
