Looking to upgrade my Ultra Limited 103 to a stage II

this winter and need to fine a reputable tuner around the greater Philly area. Has anyone used Hannum’s or Battlefield Harley in Gettysburg?

Is there any advantage to have a dealership do the tuning?

Any comments or referrals will greatly appricated.

I know of one near Pittsburg, Feltes Motorcycles, PC tuning center and trained on SEST and TTS.

Thanks....could end up being a nice beautiful road trip. I really enjoy the country side around there.
