Are you running Dresser Duals?
If you have a 2-2 configuration then odds are the rear cylinder is running way rich.

Since Power Duals are a 2-1-2 setup ... strange indeed that only one pipe is showing a rich condition.

I have the same condition.  I noticed the exhaust coming from this pipe is quite warm (compared to the right side) when first started.  Also, when first stared, condensation drips out and a grayest color smoke comes out for the first few seconds.  The exhaust also has an odd smell.  After a ride, the left slip-on is noticeable hotter.  Since the pipes were installed, the bike seems to load-up and have no throttle response when leaving from a stop.  Fine over 25k rpm.  Dropped the bike off at the dealer Sat.  I pointed the pipe/symptoms out to the dealer and commented it might be to rich.  Waiting to see what they find.  With power duals, why only one side?

Slamr, my outputs come in today, i will install on my power duals tonight. i am riding thursday/fri bout 250 miles. I have the TTS. I will let you know what happens

did the dealer tune it with the SERT yet? I downloaded a new base map the day i put the power duals on

You should start a different thread, I am running power duals and BUB slip ons and do not have the issue. No tuner or changes as the ECM is capable of adjusting for this change. I do not have this issue, The SERT however (as do other tuning devices) has fuel ratio adjustments for individual cylinders. This would indicate its likely that either the front or back is programmed too rich at some point. My guess is its likely to be the rear cylinder.
