FLTRSEI2 Paint question

I am looking to get some painting done and have quarts of the HD paint colors for my FLTRSEI2 Black/Charcoal/Silver.  Can someone tell me if after painting do the pieces need to be clearcoated?

Also, has anyone had their inner fairing painted Black?  How does it look?  Does it make the bike pop?

Thanks, I know nothing about painting!

Where did you get the paint?  When I inquired about the paint I was told I could not buy it due to the "exclusivity" of the CVO.

First time on this site so please bear with me. I have a 2009 Orange CVO Screaming Eagle Road Glide and am trying to get a Tour-Pak painted the same Orange. Does anyone have the exact color name and paint code? Thanks all Marty Clarke
