2008 SEUC, LOWERED OR NOT

Can anyone tell me if the 2008 SEUC came from the factory lowered or not. I am getting conflicting stories from the dealer.
Trying to decide wether or not to lower it any further.
 The Shocks say SHOWA # 54565-97C on them.

To my knowledge, no Ultras come lowered from the factory.

The only CVO Electraglides that came lowered were the SEEG's from '04/'05, and the current FLHXSE.  None of the various year CUSE models came lowered from the factory.  And the shock number you posted is the standard length shock, not the lowered version.

Definitely not.  I lowered mine front & rear and love it!
