Looks Good Jim!
One suggestion is that from the pics it looks like the power supply unit may need to be tucked in tighter to the gauges. Of the ones that i've installed I have had to get the power supply in really tight or it would hit the fairing cap. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Yeap, just noticed the spacing too.  When you think it's back far enough; it's not.  Got to get that thing back about as far as you possibly can.  Eyeball over the top and you'll see that when it feels like it's back all the way (the first time) you've actually still got some more space.

You might even have to jigger right or left a little bit.  One time of the speaker plugs out of the power unit was making contact before the power unit otherwise would have.  That got me almost a 3/8" of extra space.  You need all you can get.

Jimp, by the way; congrats on getting it in there.  Looks like a nice clean install too.  Was that the bike's Christmas present?

Jim;
I also noticed that the gain looked like it was set at about 5 o'clock. In all of the installs I have done to date they are at about 2-3 o'clock. Give it a try in that area.

Yep I had to move it back a little, also tweaked the brackets a small amount, but it sounds great.
