Growing up a neighbor of mine took 2 Ford Econoline Trucks and put them back to back, custom built the frame and put a 351C in the middle for motivation.  Attracted alot of attention when driving it down the road, he appropriately called it Two Faced.....he use to take it to the shows on the East Coast in the late 70's early 80's.....his son told me he still has it, but just sits in the garage now.

That reminds me of a video I saw several years ago where a carload of people were in the highway and the front seat passenger was asleep. Someone in the back seat had a video camera and they had a truck being towed in front of them.
The car driver pulled close and yelled "Oh my God he's coming right for us!" The front seat passenger woke up and saw the front of the truck ahead and started screaming... I think she wet her pants but everyone else got a laugh out of the situation.
