I've got a potential problem with the red one.  My niece is six and likes to ride with me.  She considers the red Road Glide "her" bike as it's the one really setup for her to be secure and comfortable in.  A few weeks ago she saw a picture of that red one in a magazine.  Now... well.... yeah, she'd really like it on "her" bike ::) .
Well. It's a done deal!! Ya gotta get it now :2vrolijk_21:

I'm still hoping she forgets as time passes.  It's never (ever) happened with anything she ever happened yet.  But that's my plan and I'm stickin' to it.

Hello everyone!  I see there is quite a bit of interest in the horns here.  I put a discount coupon in the Vendor Discount area for all of those are interested in a Mini Beast or other Pro Pad Inc. products.  So whether you are interested in a Mini Beast, Flag or Flag Mount or a seat pad, the discount will apply to all products via our website.  Here is the link to the vendor area:

No, not entirely.  Even with a larger Kuryakyn V shaped horn cover I used the intent was never to put the entire horn behind the cover.  Just wouldn't fit.  Instead cut the bellows/sounder part down to size to make it fit behind the cover after separating it from the compressor unit.  Then epoxied the sounder to the inside of the horn cover.  Mounted the compressor in the hole in front of the battery.  And ran a piece of 3/8" fuel line to work as air line between the two.  It's as loud as it would be directly connected.  The compressor unit is actually better removed from weather this way.  Has worked flawlessly for several years now.
Don, Melanie received her horn and heart and everything looks like it will fit. When you epoxied the sounder to the horn cover did you remove the black cover from the sounder? It seems to snap on and off with ease. I will probably be making my own rear bracket to help stabilize the horn, as the inner pocket of the heart will require a substantial puddle of epoxy to attach to the sounder. Thanks, Roger

Left the bellows complete with the exception of the part of its body that held the compressor.  If pics really are worth more than words will see if an illustration might help.  First image here is compressor separated from the body with the body still intact.

Longitudinal view of the body with the compressor removed.  Hole you see is the inlet for the pressurized air stream.

Same body after it had been visited by Dr. Dremel.  How it might need to be cut to fit in a different housing of course might vary.  But in this particular housings the depths were fortunately similar as were the widths.  It wasn't a bad fit after nearly everything possible was removed from the body of the horn.

Sounder as it still resides in the horn cover.  Brass fittings in the pressure inlet hole.  3/8" fuel line used to carry air from the compressor to the horn.

Thanks for the pics. I am supprised that the round black cap covering the sounder (first pic, inside - epoxied to the cover) has not separated from the sounder. I would think that the weight of the horn and bouncing around might separate the the unit from the epoxied sounder cap.
But obviously, it's held up for you.
