The answer is always 18.
20-2-0=18
21-2-1=18
22-2-2=18
23-2-3=18 etc. The same could be done with 30's and the number would be 27.  Use 40's = 36, 50's=45 and well you get it.

because no matter what number u pick, it will always be a multiple of 9... every multiple of 9 on the chart is the same gift...
