Like there's not enough choices already! Maybe they're getting nervous about bitubo and WP! Anyone have a line on these things? ;)

List $699.99, Phat Performance has them for $524.95. Would like to know more, Howie you test them.

Has two springs, the small top one is called the compensator spring, I think mainly for full rebound, but not sure. Can't find much info other than the Progressive marketing on their page.

HeHe!!! I'm good with my bitubos! Have em on 3 bikes. 4th's a rigid! So that leaves 1 that has regular Progressives on it now, the ProStreet. These seem to be made for Touring Bikes though. Thanks anyway Craig! ;)

It's no surprise that Progressive has finally released a new product with additional travel. The 12" 440 series shocks only provide 2.29" of travel. No surprise they are either too firm or they bottom out. Can't do much with that minimal travel. Nice to see that they are also incorporating dual rate springs in this new offering. Works Performance has used this solution for years.  I have converted to WP and remain very satisfied with the improved characteristics.

I would be very interested in hearing a report on these.  I have the Bitubos 13" and Love them but there are a little too high ( :D about an inch too high) - if I could lower the bike and not loose the shock travel I would really consider it.

I could have bought the 12" Bitubos but I was a little concerned with the shock travel and felt like I should keep stock height shock.  They are a GREAT shock so the Progressives would have to have a Hell of a Review for me to consider trying them - I have thought about buying the 12" Bitubos and seeing how they feel , several of the guys here use them and say they have no problem with travel.

Not that I can see Trey. Appears to be Preload adjustment only on these.

T-MAC - I have the Works Performance 13" shocks which, after adjusting for proper sag, are the same ride height as the stock 12" shocks on the SERG3. Added benefit is the extra travel of a longer shock.

This is interesting.  I want to keep the stock ride height of my SERG, but want better shocks.  I love the works shocks on my racing banshee 4-wheeler
