Who changed to an Ape ?
 Is it really better in comfort and or or handling ?
 Or is it just the cooler look and feeling ?
Would you change again or would you leave the stock bar ? ( SERG )
Which Apes do work with all stock wires and cables ?
Which Ape would you suggest for me ( at 6.07ft height and 33 inse....am ), that would improve the comfort ? ( if there would be an improve )

you will just love handling your bike in confined surroundings, especially moving backwards. Great improvement, the higher the better 

And to my personal taste it doesn't even look cool with a bagger.

But try it, some people believe in Apes

I ran apes on my RK, for 75,000 miles.  I can say they are very comfty.  I installed 16", and Im 5'7".  Personally though I dont think they look good on a RG, unless you are running little to no windshield.

Thanks,the bars are Paul Yaffe 15 inch Monkey Bars and the seat is from a Street Glide that I had custom covered.

I am running 14" from Wild One. I absolutely love them. I am 6"3" with a 34" inseam. The higher bars make all the difference in the world from a comfort standpoint and IMO it handles even better. The looks are a matter of personal opinion. I like it but get mixed reviews from others.

which seat is this mounted on your bike , looks cool .
So you mean that it is more comfortable with your Ape than with the stock bar ?
I never rode a Ape , but it is hard to believe that it would be more comfortable .
There are so many Apes , how can you find the fitting one by looking at the wide and rise and center numbers ?

Apes are a personal comfort item that have become a LOOK. the bike handles better with higher bars but like all things in life to much is no good. if your going 14" or higher I'd strongly suggest 1.25 bars. more stable.
I had apes on my RK and loved them, very comfy, my wife has apes on her softail and she  thought she liked her beach bars but not now, apes all the way.
a friend of mine, who works for HD in Mil, rides a RG and flys 21" apes. people ask him about it and he says," apes look good on everything" thanks Schoony

Speaking only for myself, I think they look cool, but the few times I rode a bike with them I felt uncomfortable. I had a rider take the course with mini apes. He was good 'cause he practiced. The mini apes were okay for me. Then I tried a bike with taller apes (don't know the height). Working the bike around the exercises was a chore. Too much arm movement and pushing for me. The offset was exhausting going side to side, tank to tank, lock to lock with a good lean. When I got to the full lock u-turn from a stop I didn't even try it.

Some folks swear by them, but I'm not one of them.
Oh well, to each his own.

Which one would you say is good for me with 6.1" and 33 ins....

When i check the paul yaffee monkeys , they have the OEM-Monkeys going straight up and they have the MonkeyBaggerones which have a rcurve in the uprights .
 But the pullback is allways the same 9" .
 Would you also say that the monkeybaggerones come nearer to your body than the OEM-Monkeys ?
