WANT START

I installed a catless header and fulsac 2" cores on my 2010 SESG, took it out on a short test run about 4 or 5 miles to see how they sound (it sounds great) and it run awesome, I park it and was reading up on how to install the TTS master tune and my wife came home I tried to start it and it "WANT START" it want hit a lick!! does any body know whats up??

I'll try to install the TTS tomorrow, but it should start I've done this same process a hundred times.

Makes no sense perhaps a fuse?

When you turn the key do you hear the fuel pump prime?

fuel pump primes up just fine. Makes no sense to me neither.

how did you deal with the o2 sensors. did you use a 2010 catless pipe
the the motor turn over or just nothing?
did you get "THAT LOOK" from your wife?

I used a stock set of 2010 screamin eagle HD head pipes that fulsac de-cated, o2 sensors are in the same location, the motor turns over but it want hit a lick. The wife knows that I do all my own work on all my scoots, but she did give me "THAT LOOK"!! She thinks that I have too many scooters so when something like this happens I get "THAT LOOK"...

Its running now, I put a chrome so called gas cockpit cover on the fuel injection connection on the tank and it was not connected. The wife was in the man cave with me when I found it and guess what, I got "THAT LOOK".

Along with "that look" I usually get a gut wrenching feeling.  And of course "that look" is quite frequently accompanied by less than encouraging words about my sanity. :-[
