While checking with my local dealer they found out through Jostens that they do NOT offer an owner's ring for a FLTRSE3.
Maybe if enough owners contact the ring company they will look into this error and come out with an owner's ring for 2009 SERG owners.

I completed the same form and got the same exact response...

From what it sounds like; Josten's will manufacture anything HD tells them to, they simply need to be told and shown what to make...

The question is; who at HD is the contact person for this type of merchandise..?

I talked to the clothing manager at my local Harley dealer today. They contacted someone in merchandising for H-D corporate and they stated they will look into having the ring made but it may take time.
The local person also talked to Lora at Jostens rings and she said there was interest and some requests for this ring. Lora stated they would see Harley marketing at the dealer show in Jan. 2010 and they would talk to them then about making the ring.
It seems like once someone makes the decision to make it then they need to make a mold so it may happen sometime in 2010 if we are lucky.
It probably will help if all the owners of the 2009 FLTRSE3 contact their local dealer and also Jostens to keep up the interest.

From what I have read recently, the HD dealer meeting is comming up in a couple of days.
Maybe those who are interested could contact their dealer before they leave for the meeting and remind them to contact MOCO and Josten's about this ring? Of course if anyone is attending the meeting please put in a word for those of use who want one of these rings.

I got the same response last summer when I inquired. It seems to be the only ring left off the list..........

I just received this email from Josten's and the owner's ring is now available!!!!!

 

I got in touch w/our company and H-D and the tooling for your 2009 Screamin Eagle Road Glide is being cut now.  It will take approx a week before the tooling is ready, but you can order a ring now.  The panel number for this side is 0139.  How about that?  I’m glad that you got in touch and that this wasn’t available, but it is now.

I want to thank Dusty Rhodes at Josten's rings as well as April and the other ladies at Southside Harley in Virginia beach for helping me get this ring made and delivered finally.
I just got this ring today and love it! I am not the best photographer and the photo doesn't do the ring justice.
I hope any other owners of 2009 CVO road glides can get a ring for themselves and enjoy it too.

They also do not have an FLHTCUSE4.  They have FLHTCUSE and 2 and 3, but no 4.
