Here is the cut pipe back on the bike. The weld job may not look as nice as Fullsac's but if it doesn't leak anywhere or break, I am ok.. Heat shields went on ok too but unable to start yet.
Even the front/rear 02 sensors are grey and black and the head pipe even says G or b at the port so it is hard to get the wrong one in the wrong port.
This exhaust system is 10 times easier to install than the stock 08 and older pipes.
I had my SEUC5 headpipe cut at the front of the collector and chisled the cat out and wire brushed it clean, then welded. You can't even tell it's been cut. I then had a company called Ruk Industries, based in Utah, that coats high temp products, including jet engine parts for Hill Air Force base, do the inside and outside ceramic coating of the headpipe and crossover pipe, including de-chroming. Ruk is very familiar with Jet-Hot and their best coating is rated at 2,500 degrees, twice that of as Jet-Hot's Silver Sterling. You can't even tell my headpipe has been cut and the ceramic coating is perfect. Performance has improved and heat is way down. My motorcycle's ECM hasn't shut down the rear cylinder at stops lights since I took the cat out and coated the headpipe.
