Tour pack luggage rack question

Is the bolt pattern the same on the HD Premium luggage rack and the HD Air Wing rack?

Also, does anyone have the part number for the Scremin' Eagle trim that goes between the tour pack lights on CVO Ultra's with king tour pack?

Bolt hole pattern is the same.  The left rear hole is 3/8 vs 9/32 to allow for a drilled bolt for the (optional) brake light.

I switched from the premium to the Air Wing on my Ultra.  Swapping it back tomorrow, so the Air Wing will be on eBay soon.

Trading in my FLHTCU - took the Air Wing off (an hour ago) and put the premium back on.  I want the LED 3rd light for the SEUC, had to take the rack off to get it, so I'll sell the Air Wing on eBay.

Unless someone makes me an offer I can't refuse first  ;)
