What is the difference in size between the leather tour pak on the new 06 CUSE and a standard Ultra?

Like FR8TNG said it is smaller. If you measured it for volume it maybe the same since it has the hump the standard tour pak doesn't have. It also has the internal latch that takes up a fair amount of space. I have to agree with FR8 its really no big deal.

Thanks guys!  When you are about to spend $32k on a bike I'd hate to get and say "oh sh--" this tour pak won't work.

Remember size doesn't matter......it's how you pack it! [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif] ;)

I guess the next logical question is what is everyone using for a bag to attach to the rack on top of the tour pak??  I've looked at both the bag from SAC and also the Dekker Supreme from T-Bag.

Thats why they make trailers to tow "behind" the bike.

Is the leather tour pack enough for two full face helmets ??

How smaller is versus the standard ultra tourpack ?? Big difference ??

I think standard ultra 2006 tourpack is really big

Oh yeah, I never posted back here, measured up a friends '06 Ultra Tourpak against mine.  The regular Ultra's Tourpak is 2" wider, 2" longer and almost 3" taller (without the hump) (all measurements taken at the center not the edges).  Thats a fairly big difference.....

I see the '06 Ultra King Tour Pak is different than previous King Tour Pak too. In the pictures it's hard to tell if it is smaller like our SEUC leather tour pak. Anybody know if it got smaller too?

No I don't think the regular '06 Tourpak is any smaller than previous models, they changed it some, the material, LED sidelights and mounting height, but thats about it.  Can still fit 2 full face helmets in it with room leftover....
