Good Evening from Ottawa, Ontario... yes I am from Ottawa and I am here to help LOL
Retired military, now a very Civil Servant. I miss my LEO and my AVGP, but the SERG is a close second. I am one of the Organizers of the National Memorial Ride, a ride to pay tribute to the men and women who have, are and will be serving our Country and its great people. We hold a weekend event with the Ride for Dad 6 Jun and it includes some really nice rides, two large parades of bikes and a big party in Navan - just outside of Ottawa.
www.nationalmemorialride.comLots to do and see in the Capital... some great rides in the country, that are very biker friendly. Cross the River into Quebec, and see some really nice scenes... oh yeah, the country side is nice too

All sorts of museums, shops, and things to see over a weekend, and a great biker bash on the Sat night!! We dont know who will be the headliner yet but it will be an act that keeps its pants up, and speaks one of the official languages LOL
Last year we had over 300 riders show up.

If you have not been to the National Military Cemetery (just opened and dedicated last year) it is very moving. Those young men and women died so I could ride where and when I want, and its a great way to say thanks.
