CB Not Working, screen reads not installed

I have a 2007 FLHTCUSE2.  I think I used the CB right after I bought the bike new but I don't remember for sure.  I went to use it aboout a month ago and it read on the screen not installed.  Anybody got any ideas other then taking it back to the dealer?  Of course the Factory warranty is out.

You may need to check that the antenna is still plugged in. It may have come lose. I would also check the connections that go to the cb and make sure they are properly secured. Start off simple and go from there.
