Since everyone on the East Coast is snowed in, I thought that I'd give you a little tast of today in NorCal.  Roger (Trapperddog) & Melanie (SGChick), Jim (HD-Dude) and his 2 sons, Andy (AK) and Sherry, Michael (Moto Michael), Chris (RidinRuby) and Ann, my friends Tom and Theresa, and another couple who I met today hooked up for a ride.  We went from San Jose to the Dunmuire Mansion in Oakland, stopping for breakfast on the way.  Several of the women stayed at the mansion to take the tour and shop, and the rest of us got back on the bikes.  Roger mapped out a ride for us through the Oakland Hills which was fantastic!  Thanks Roger!  Lots of twisties, great views, some beautiful homes, etc.  We went back to pick up the women, relaxed there for a bit, then headed home.

Great ride and great company!  Just what the doctor ordered for the Sunday before Christmas!  Thanks again to my CVO Family!

The fog lifted and it warmed up nicely!  I didn't get any more pictures unfortunately, but it was a really good time!  It sure beat shovelling snow!

Check again there Ernie.
We rode yesterday, we rode today.
Nancy road her bike and we had a blast.
Only snow around here is in a can that you spray on a Christmas tree.

That may be true, but till it does we are riding every chance we can.
Didn't even have to wear all those heavy clothes like those west coast guys do.

Shoveled more snow in December in a "lifetime"... this is the most snow on record we have ever received in December since they have been keeping record. We normally average 17" in a winter, and we had 20"+ from this storm. :bigcry:

Terrie and I spent the night at Bill (Sklywag) and Trudy's home up in Reno.  Got back to Sacrmento at 12:30p.m. today and it was pouring.  We were so glad that we didn't go with you guys....but glad you all had a great time. :2vrolijk_21:
