Hey,  maybe this has been reviewed before, and if so just point me in the right direction.

I know HD has one to offer and I believe there are after-market centerstands available too.   If they don't interfere with cornering and don't cause a double hernia to shift 850+ pounds up onto it......I may want to put one on mine.

I'd like to be able to work on the bike and/or clean it without the hassle of one side being leaned over and harder to get to.   I do own a bike jack and also one of those Condor front wheel chocks,  but both those are a pain in the azz too.

Any particular favorite brands or comments if you have one installed,  let me know.

I have the HD one on my 2008 Ultra and really like it, mine does not take the rear wheel off the ground, but I could adjust it to if I wanted, and I thought I could do it.  I had mine put on by my dealer because I have a one car garage and it was the only way I could get the bike and the wife's car in there at the same time.  I also use it for cleaning and fueling up.  No matter which one you put on I think you will like it.  Mine is easy to get the bike on the center stand.

I have the EZ-UP Center Stand on my CVO Ultra. I also had one on my '08 Electra Glide. Works great. Allows for easy lifting and is incredibly stable. Price is @ $290.00. Go to www.ezupcenterstand.com and check it out.

I have the EZ-up installed on a lowered 08 SEUC.  It's probably the easiest of all the center stands I've dealt with -- about 1/2 weight lifts it.  But...  if you're  a really aggressive rider, you will encounter clearance issues.  It doesn't seem to really limit the lean angles, but when you do touch down, it hits a lot harder than the routine floorboard scrape.  Both a friend of mine and I have almost lost it when we levered the rear wheel off the road by hitting little humps mid corner. 

I've kept mine on for the convenience and just don't get too aggressive when riding two-up.

FWIW, I bought mine at the NE multi-state rally.  The dealer had several center stands that were removed from other bikes -- both HD and other vendors.  The EZ-up system looks to have the most rugged attachment system by far.  There's no adjustment on the leg length, so if you want the rear tire off the pavement, just put a piece of 3/4 inch plywood under the stand.  Makes it a bit harder to get up, but still manageable for a 150 lb. person.

Here is another vote for the EZ up center stand. Very easy to get the bike up and stable.

Hummmmph,  I have V&H Power duals on mine too.  Maybe I cannot get one to work

Call Dave at EZUP centerstand and see if his works. If it does not work he is very good about returns. Good guy and easy to deal with.

His stand also operates much easier than the HD stand.

I used to be a dealer for EZ Up about 2 years ago and had a lot of complaints that the pivot axle worked it's way out. Some say the problem was corrected but I won't ever know because I switched to the all chrome HD Stand. One stand works whether you are lowered or stock height. Rivco also make a nice stand.

I have the EZ-up on my 09 ultra, and it is easy to get on the stamd, but have to be careful in the corners.  It does limit the lean angle, and will also hit when going over a  steep  driveway ramp.  Love the convenience, but not the scrapping.

Looks like the ez model is out then,  I sure don't need anything to lessen the lean angle.
