You noticed that, too, huh?  That's why, similar to the discussion of the SERG3 production totals that were recently posted without any support, seeing them documented on H-D letterhead brings a lot more legitimacy to the numbers.

Yes, The first set of numbers did not include Japan.  These are the numbers that I got from two phone calls to H-D customer service. The numbers are from  Harley Davidson. The addition is on me! 
I asked for alot of detail  when I called , and was told              Blue:        947    Calif 74    Japan 84      Total   1105   
                                                                                           Red:       1113   Calif 64     Japan 78      Total   1255
                                                                                           Orange:   565    Calif 18     Japan 39      Total     622
Hopefully someone can get the official letter posted soon,

Chis, would you have the production numbers for the 2008 FLHTCUSE3 CVO Ultra's?

Take this with a grain of salt.  I wrote the MOCO and this is the letter I got back.  My Anniversary CVO says it is 1502 of 1800 and the letter says there were 3263 made.  It is gone from the H-D website, but it did say approx 4200 units were produced.

Why can people claim the moco TOLD them the numbers for a 2009 and we still can't get the 2006 numbers? I need to see more to believe it. Post the letter from the moco if you want me to believe it! Sorry, but "She told me" just don't work for me.

Interesting they built more of the Ruby Red/Typhoon Maroon than any other. When I was looking for a used one in this color I had a hard time...although there were a number available in the other two combinations.

To me it is no question that the Orange is the rare one for 2009, have only ridin' with one. If you want rare go with the Orange for 2009, mark my word, the 2010 SESG Rum will be the rare one in that line and the Riptide Blue for the Ultra. We'll see, but I need hard proof if you quote numbers.
