Highway of Heroes

I copied this off of harley Tech talk (HTT).

The video shows a motorcade (a bit dated) along Highway 401 from CFB (Canadian Forces Base) Trenton to Toronto now named the Highway of Heroes to commemorate the 132 Canadian Soldiers who have died in Afghanistan since 2002.

Every time a dead Canadian Soldier returns to Canada he is remembered as he goes down the Highway of Heroes.

I could not attach the You Tube Video. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

I can't get YouTube from work. But click the "YouTube" button in the Reply Tools, and insert the YouTube URL between the brackets. Copy and paste the URL from the YouTube video web page. ;)

Hmmm.....they must have a good filter here. Doesn't even show up in the post at work. I see it when I click "Quote" in your post text, but it doesn't appear in the post itself, nor can I figure out a way around that here!!! ;)

I have it on my site, or one of them, www.nationalmemorialride.com check the Gallery section.

We are at 140 now, I was at CFB Trenton for their return on Sunday, the road from the gate to the 401 was lined with people... very moving

Would be nice if our government showed this kind of respect and appreciation for our men and women that gave their lives for THIS country !!!!!  This kind of thing should happen in every state of the U.S.A. What a tribute.  Nice job guys for finding and posting this.
