I have been using AMSOIL products in ALL of my "stuff" since the late '70's. Cars, trucks, hot rods, motorcycles, even the lawnmowers, never a lube related problem. Various tear downs over the years revealed an impressive lack of wear on internal parts. I'm sold.

If AMSOIL was working, why the tear downs?  Just wondering.  Never used AMSOIL.

When you are a confirmed "motorhead", it is impossible to leave well enough alone. We are always in search of that extra horsepower that we know is out there. Never fast enough!! New heads, differant cam, more cubes, bigger carbs, change the gears, and on & on. Just read the posts on this site.
As I said in my previous post, I have never had a lubrication related failure with AMSOIL products and when motors, transmissions, differentials, etc. were taken apart, the lack of wear was noticeable. But I have buddies that have had similar good results with other quality brands both dino and synthetic.

I use Syn3 in the motor but got Redline in the other two holes and no complaints.  We'll see how this setup works when I ride from San Antonio to Vegas in April.
