The MOPAR looks really sweet and with a Hemi  [smiley=jalapeno.gif]. For a long time I have been a Chevy kinda guy but their styling lately IMO sucks, the SSR and Vette are nice but that's about it. The new Mustang is great looking and Dodge has it's act together. GM needs to get a new staff of designers, the GTO has the performance but looks like an average run of the mill econo box.

Well I found this thread a bit late i guess.   We have been out looking for a new 4 wheeler and took a gander at the svt8 Charger.   Decided we liked the 06 Charger R/T in Silver Steel with the R/T package.  Unfortunately I cant wait for the challenger I need a lower sedan style 4 wheeler immediately.   7 weeks 6 days and counting now ... but it could be sooner :)

I just drove a 2007 Chev. Tahoe LTZ. Black with gray leather, GPS navigation, 20 inch factory wheels. A truely sweet SUV that belongs in my garage.

I thought the gearheads here might enjoy photos of some of the American muscle from the Chicago Auto Show.

Found a good article about the Challenger, even has video of it driving. No wonder I like it so much, it was designed by a Camaro lover!

Since I started this mess I figured an update was due, The GTO is the best deal goin right now - just checked out a loaded one at a dealer for 26k out the door, but you know it just didn't grab me. The new camaro is growin on me and I hear it will be built at the plant here in Michigan that the SSR is currently being produced at along with a new redesigned GTO on the same platform - best guess 2008-2009 but it has been green lighted!! In the meantime my SEEG is in the shop torn down gettin upgraded (Gear drive cams, pistons, Chrome inner, and chrome starter, LSR 2-1 pipe and a few other things I cant remember - oh yeah - the custom head work by RHC _ Ron Hamp http://www.ronhamp.com/ - Good things come to those who wait right! Anyhow cruisin around on the Road King and the 68 RSSS Camaro I stumbled upon this.....

An american made car that is beautiful simple and has less storage room than my SEEG (Less stuff SHE can buy when out and about!!) Mallett cars - the guys who made the Hammer Corvette 273mph twin turbo and others is doin a straight swap new LS2 Corvette engine in this little sucker and you got an american beauty with attitude! Gotta be a blast to drive - so there goes my plans for an 07 CVO if I like it!! Now just gotta find one, the local dealers want 3-5k over sticker on the lil buggers - this is as bad as CVO!
