Saddlebag storage
« on: January 10, 2010, 08:13:20 PM »

Someone out there makes pouches that fit in the recess in the bottom of the hard bags.  The pouches hold tools, spare parts, whatever.  Anybody know who makes them?  I saw the ad in ThunderPress months ago.

That's the ones.  Thanks  Gordy :pineapple:

They work great, they hold a lot of stuff and take up no room. Worth every penny!

Don't have these storage bags or the fitted liners (if that is the liners you are speaking of) so I can't say for sure. However if the fitted liners extend down into the void area on each side of the rail channel then I would say you couldn't use both as those bags would not allow the liners to extend down into that channel. :nixweiss: If you're speaking of the liners that are used just to pack your gear in that have handles so they may be removed like luggage then those bags would fit under them.

I only have the handle liners that came with the bike. They have a flat bottom so I believe these would fit under them nicely... :2vrolijk_21:

That's what I'm thinking too... and those bags would be a great use of that wasted space. :2vrolijk_21:
