Why would your dealer want to do these things?
Is it something YOU wanted??
If it is, what are your goals with the proposed changes?

Just wondering.

I agree with Hog Mike....both of those suggested to you don't hold a candle to a TTS MasterTune....

I guess I'm confused, your "stealer" wants to put on some stuff.
V/H recommends other stuff.
And you want it.
I guess I'd say put on what you want. :nixweiss:

To address the title of the thread: Just my 2 cents.

Using a fuelpak to tune a 2010 is like trying to work on the Space shuttle with a cresent wrench. Good luck.

The Harley Supertuner is a lot like the tool kit that came with the Harley. Not the best quality and missing a few dozen needed items.

TTS Mastertune. Hands down the best tuning option in the industy. Buy once, cry once. You will never regret it.

I went with the Fullsac Stage one setup on my 09 SEUC. Steve's map, cat-free header. 1.75 baffles. and open air cleaner. I am very happy with the increased power. The installation of the baffles and the header swap out was easy. I am not too computer savy so my friend did the remap which took about 15 to 20 minutes. The best part is you don't have to dyno if you don't want to. When my bike was stock it pinged excessively on non california gas.( rode from So Cal to Nebraska and back in all types of weather from blistering hot to cold hail storm, its all good ) I will make a post after my out of state trip this summer regarding that issue. I may possibly have to fine tune it to run a little richer, but I am sure Steve can help me with that. Even though I live in Simi Valley CA. I will take a ride to Steve's shop for a fine tune  if necessary CAHDBIKER

The fuelpak and power commanders are on the low end of tuning systems. They trick the ECM into thinking there is a problem to make it adjust. And they are actually units that get installed on the bike, they are ok on some FI bikes but not on a screamin eagle.
Race tuner is ok but has issues and it is permanent on your ECM.
The mastertune( who used to make the RT) is the best system to tune your bike. A base map is ok but using the Vtune feature is the real deal. No dyno time needed.
That answers the question as posted
now about the choice of pipes, you need to gather alot more info before you do anything to your bike

What option on a 2010 SECU do you have to open up the air flow and retain the stock air cleaner cover?Any? :-\

Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Fuelmoto SE air cleaner, or the HD SE Aircleaner will utilize the stock cover.

I put the FuelMoto Stage 1 air filter kit on mine because they use the MOCO's SE backplate and a K&N filter.  I painted the backplate to match the engine.

The MOCO's SE air filter kit uses a dry filter and I had a bad experience with my 1st SE filter element on my 05 so that is why I didn't use this one.

I did not use the Arlen Ness because it's instructions say to retain the black throttle body bracket.  You throw this bracket away with Fuelmoto's so that's why I didn't use this one.
The filter element that came on my 10 is the exact same part# element my wife's 09 FLHX came with.

Hope this helps-your cover will fit with any of the above.
