How do you open this?

Had to (simultaneously):

1) Raise left index finger half straight up in the air (as if pointing to the sky).
2) Hop on one foot (user's choice)
3) Spit over left shoulder aiming at dog's rear left hip.
4) Chant "red bikes are fastest, red bikes are fastest, red bikes are fastest" repetitively.
5) Click on the file.

If you did all that correctly it would have opened this file:
