fairing question
« on: February 17, 2010, 12:41:18 PM »

I have a 2003 FLHRSEI2 which I am considering putting a stereo fitted fairing. I am looking at Dragonfly and Dead Center. Wondering if one is better than the other and the pros and cons of each. Also,my tach sits above the fork lock...does this pose any problems? Do I have to relocate it? Thanks. Jim

dragonfly has updated their design since i bought mine, they used to make a notch for SERK owners so the fairing could sit over the tach. you would not be able to see the tach with the fairing on.

i chose to remove the tach.

from the inside you can see where the tach would be under the radio

When I ordered my fairing from Dragon Fly-they ask me if I had a tach-sure they have fairing that will work
