Let me answer your question:

-  Bike shipped 01/21/10 - I don't believe the seat bumpers were installed but I haven't checked either.
-  The saddle bag latches are the HD SE Ultra latches.  I believe they were also used on the SERG?  Approx. $85 MSRP (less dealer discount of course.)
-  Spot lights/directionals are the Headwinds "Mariah" style.  Expensive but very, very nice!    Shop around for the best price. . . . .
-  Spot lamps mount in the stock lower turn signal holes.  You do need to remove the large chrome mounts for the stock turn signals. 
-  Headlight trim is HD and it matches the Mariah style very closely for $39.  The Headwinds Mariah bezel is around $499 (I believe) as it's a high-end machined piece.

I just found an AM/FM antenna packed with my saddle bag liners.  Is this different from the current antenna installed on the bike?  Do all SESG's come with 2?

First I've heard of that... do they look different?? My guess is whomever was doing the unpacking/PDI couldn't find the antenna shipped w/the bike and grabbed another one off the shelf. There was another member here (Red Devil) that has a Capt Morgan SESG that his bike didn't come (or they couldn't find) the antenna and they put another antenna on the bike so he could take delivery until they got the correct replacement for it.

Both look identical. . . . .  It wasn't easy to find with the liners but it was listed on the packing list of the contents of the bag.  (The list was attached to the outside of the bag.)

Sounds like whomever was doing the unpacking/PDI couldn't find it and just grabbed another one to put on your bike.

Can you post a good close up pick of the Headwinds driving light, directly from the front? 

Is the driving light and turn signal a one piece unit?  Or do they come as a kit?  Or are they seperate purchases?

With respect to Headwinds, I have used them on my previous bike and the quality of their products is top notch...the trim ring for the headlight from Headwinds is a "work of art"...one piece billet aluminum, show quality.

I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.  Each piece is a separate component, that is you can buy each piece individually or as a kit.  I bought the Mariah spot lamp/turn signal kit.  The kit included individual spot lamps, spot lamp mounting brackets, turn signals mounting adaptors and the turn signals themselves.  Their web site has many different photos however you need to click on each style kit to see the different pics.  Look at the Mariah, Vampire, and Concourse (?) kits for FLH models and they have different pics of each on different bies if I remember correctly.  Hope this answers your question!
