we got the first black FLHTCUSE5 in Dresden last Thursday, second one is scheduled next week.

There seems to be ample supply 

Yeah, our dealer gets three. But they are all spoken for. Mine was supposed to be the first, but we all know that Bielefeld was earlier. Bielefeld is a great dealer by the way, have the nicest dealer customs of them all. And great clothes too.
I personally did not care that much about the delivery date, but of course the '09 trade in now has less miles and I can go to Saint-Tropez on the new bike. I guess it is a win-win.
@Those in the states waiting for their bikes: We do pay msrp in Germany, but it amounts to approx. 49.500 USD. And we don't get the garage door opener ;-).
@Remote fork lock. I will take a picture with the fob in my hand and the bike locked and unlocked. Just kidding. Was impressed however, never liked to fiddle with the key in that lock.
@Those who want more pictures. The weather was not really nice over the weekend, riding was a preference. I'll make up for this and shoot some nice ones in the south of France later this week, post them next Monday.

believe it or not - I got one with my FLHTCUSE4. Everybody looked curiously at the little mouse-like creature we found together with the other stuff in the topcase - but it was concluded it's got to be a garage-door-opener's receiver

Don't know if there is a transmitter installed too - as there is a Telecom-business-center just some 100 yards away from my place I don't dare trying, probably would blow up all communications between Dresden and the rest of the free world

Louis is right the Bielefeld Dealer is one of the best and friendliest in Germany. Earlier this year i bought my first Harley in Bielefeld - a 2010 Fat boy special  - within one week i had my bike delivered to my place (200KM from Bielefeld)

Hi, your bike looks great. I have ordered the parts for the detachable tourpak, and they are current at the painter to be painted black. Which seat did you use? Can't keep the stock seat without the tourpak ;-).

And, last but not least, why did you change the wheels to the Street Glide wheels?

Update, spoke with the dealer delivered move up two days to May 19th, he also stated almost all the bikes have been coming in a week earlier. If this is true mine will in next week, i hope he is right.

Not true in my case .  Ship date was April 29th.  Although they tell me that it shipped that day, I won't see it until tomorrow at the earliest.  Can't come soon enough.
