This is one wait that, although difficult, is worth it.  Just think how many folks would like to be in your shoes right now!!!   Congrats!!

One thing I have noticed, some folks will not talk to ya when they see the bike.  When asked what I ride, I never say CVO, I just say an Ultra.

Boy, I sure didn't mean to add any anxiety to anyone waiting for a CUSE5-BLK by adding my 2 cents worth about the delivery being moved up. A sales rep at a Milwaukee area dealer told me a black bike was due this week at another Wisconsin dealer. I wanted to see the bike in person and planned on traveling to get a close look. The next day the Milwaukee dealer calls me again to tell me I could save the trip to the other dealer to see the bike because his dealership was just notified it would be receiving their black bike this week as well. I'll let you guys know when/if one of the black ones show up here. Sorry for stirring the pot.  PJ

That I know all to well. My current rides are a 2008 all done up with a 110 street bob and a 2009 CVO Road glide.
So got my share of guys turning to the other side when I get in the parking lot , LOL...

Just took my name off the Bike at Hals HD in New Berlin.  May still be available.  If it looked the way it did on the website would have bought it in a heartbeat.  After seeing all of the real pictures and the fact I could not get over that huge plug on the fairing (I mean, why didn't they at least put it on the side or bottom where you wouldn't see it) and ugly wire running to the radio decided to keep my 09 Silver and Black CVO Ultra.  That bike could have been perfect if they used that paint scheme as portrayed on the site, a thought out mixture of black and chrome (as opposed to a mishmash of black and chrome with too much black) and did the GPS right.  Typcal Harley product.  90% good and 10% KIA.  For $38K there should be no shortcomings.  And besides, next year or very soon they will improve the GPS or worse case wire it into the back of the radio.  The 1000 bikes in one specifc color is really not "limited" and compares favorably to most CVO Ultra colors in the past.  Only difference, those are not numbered.

My dealer told me that mine is going to be build in April so I expect to take delivery at the end of April...  CAN'T WAIT!!!!

I saw #007 of 999 at a dealership here in Milwaukee. It's being delivered to some Harley executive. I got to go over it close up.  The color is as others have described.  Black up close and in the shade, but definitely with a burgundy hue in the sun. I took this shot with my cell phone so excuse the quality.  PJ
