She is SO excited about this bike it almost worries me a little.  This is one of those paint jobs you just can't quite get your head around despite all the pictures that have been posted.  It's almost like a blind date, you don't know who/what's going to show up until the moment arrives lol.  From day one when she got the mail and saw it in the HOG mag, for her it's been like "Love at first sight".  No matter what pictures I find and show her, no matter how different the bike looks from one to another, she's like....oh wow baby....oh hell ya.....oh that looks soooo good...and I'm thinking holy crap....true love really IS blind lol.  I guess that explains the above picture as well LMAO  :P

What date are your guys dealers telling you that it will show up?  Mine says May 14....

Keep us posted.  Dealer here is Iowa has no dates at all.  Only says, "sometime in May".

mine says may 5th, all dealer have ship dates so he should be able to tell you if he wants to, thy also have a site for dealers only that tell almost day to day were ther are on the assy line, as far is if parts have been pulled for your bike and when, sounds like he is eather to busy or just dont want to say. you just spent 40k he should tell you as much as he can

Ed, go with it brother!  In my very humble opinion if your wife is of mind to buy a CVO, color ain't the issue.  I'd be thanking God every day for her.  (Mine also talked me into going the CVO route)
