T MAX AUTOTUNE 08-10 AUTOTUNE TBW

during bike week i got me a package deal at the rinehart tent true duals & t max autotune plus zippers stage 1 air system for my 09 seuc.well a couple of days later crusin to work my bike shut down on me. luckly i wasn't around any heavy traffic and was able to get to the shoulder safely.the bike fired back up and didn't do it again..i got a hold of t max/zippers that morning and there moving forward to get this resolved fast..so if you have the same system or know someone that does let them know.. 08-10 tbw t max autotune.. email/call them asap!!!  RIDE SAFE!!

I installed the latest TMax w/ autotune last month on my 2010 FLSTSE. So far very pleased and no problems noted. The guys at Zippers have been very helpful so I'm sure they will figure it out.

BTW..,the TMax is a very popular upgrade with many of the guys at Annapolis HD, including Mike their senior tech, and one of the guys TMax is having alpha test some TMax improvements. He's done about 40 TMax installs, so I trust his judgement. He now work for Eastern Performance outside of Annapolis, in case you want to give him a call regarding your problem. Tell him Mickey recommended him to you.

Thanks Mickey for the info I think the issue is just for the classic & the ultras. Dan @ zippers said these bikes are a very electric motorcycle.. I have a lot of faith in the team @ zippers. I'm orig. From MD And know zippers Is all about fast and reliable parts.. Ride safe..

If I left the cruise switch on after engine kill(key off),after restart with cruise switch still on my machines thundermax ecm would shut down after a short traveling time.
I allways make sure my cruise is off before shutting the machine down and have had no issues.

I had the same issue. I got the same package put on my 09 FLHX. After I got home Dan got ahold of me and let me know the situation. I got the origional ECM sent back yesterday, so I will see what happens. Other than that what have you thought of the setup? Did you get the new X-Treme true duals put on? When I get the ECM back I am going to pull out the baffles and see what it sounds like.

i just got mine in the mail Monday hope it doesn't take them long to fix it.. yes i got the Rinehart's. seems to be a good set up. welcome to the site HD ONLY!! there is a lot of good info here.. you mite want to go to the new member Theron and introduce your self.. RIDE SAFE

I sent my ecm back on 3/22/10. Hopefully I get something this week. I didn't ask them but I wonder if they are going to redo the one I sent in or if they are going to send out a brand new one? I wrote down my serial# so I will see when I get it.

zippers called me this afternoon they said there overnighting my tuner today!!! i asked if it was a new one..said no mine was repaired.... thats fine as long as it is fixed

Got mine today and it came with a new wire harness. I don't know if I should swap them out or not? I'll email them later and see what they say.

Got mine in my bike yesterday. I replaced the harness with the new one the instutions said so not a big deal.. Road it to work this morning seems to be okay so far.. Plus I got a $100 zippers coupon for my troubles
