ok guys here is the problem, i just got my kuryakyn twin velocity air cleaner on. i don't like it as much as my 01 deuce. it looks really classy but i think the screamin eagle deuce needs something tougher not classy! so i want to find a heavy breather but i am not sure how to get one. my new harley book only lists the ones for 08 and newer, will any of these fit? I've seen on other forums that they supposedly work but i trust you guys!!

Haven't seen that air cleaner before.  Is it another variant of their Hypercharger or does this one actually work well?

(that may not have come out quite like I meant it)

the Heavy Breather fits the 50mm throttle body, that's why they say 08 and newer.  (08 is when the MoCo changed to the 50mm throttle body.)  Click HERE to see the K&N Air Charger Performance Intake for Harley Davidsons.  It's similar to the Heavy Breather.

It is actually a very functional breather, the fins on the front and back are open to the air filter. There is also a slot under the outer cover which also has a filter inside of it. So there is a filter shaped d
like the housing and then a secondary round filter that fits in the middle. So it gets air rammed in from the front but then also from the outside!

Yes my garage is huge mess! Half the stuff isn't even mine. Told my family it's time for spring cleaning.

You might want to check out this aircleaner, it S&S. I think it's called the single bore. Good luck

Whoa there!  You can absolutely get a Heavy Breather that fits the SED just fine. I've got one on mine and here's a link to some pics.

Not only does it look great, but with the sock, it doesn't miss a beat in driving rain either. One of the better mods I've done!

Do yourself a favor and check out the SED thread towards the bottom. there's a ton of good info.
