Is there anything i have to pay extra attention when mounting the HYD shocks on my SERG ?
How do i have to store the stock SERG air-shocks that no oil is coming out of them ?
The oil will flow out when i will lay them down ( Do i have to store them by hanging them ? )
Which adjustment at the HYDs do you recommend for the first solo-ride without luggage ? ( my weight is 92kg ,should be 203 pounds i guess )

I've got a set of almost new air shocks from my 07 UC that I triked. They've been laying in a drawer for two years with all the air lines. No drip, no mess.

My shocks are set to seven (7) turns. I weigh the same as you. I only ride solo. This is a mildly firm ride, not too hard and not too soft. Ride it for a while and adjust as needed. I started out at 9, went down to 4 and landed on 7.

Looks great.

Your infiltrator cover looks crooked (turned a little clockwise). Is that just the picture angle?

Like someone else said, leave the lines on them and sealed.  This will keep the oil in them, but it may still drain into the lines and be messy when you either reinstall them or sell them to someone else.

The quick disconnect fitting are standard fitting used in the US.  Any company selling polypro air line and fittings will have a blind plug that is just a solid piece of plastic that slides into the shock fitting; that's what I've done.  The US size and metric size are very similar for this size of line.  You could very easily use the metric version.

I did a quick McMaster Carr catalog search and came up with these.  Also the air fittings listed in this catalog section are the same use on HD air lines.

The polypro or nylon plugs will work just great.

Good luck with the new hydraulic shocks.

Let us know your driving review on them.

Have a great day...
