It's Frank-N-Finger's (aka, Uncle Nubby) birthday.  March 17 in a St. Patty's day evening Frank was... umm; born.  The offspring of proud parents Mrs. Oak Trim and Mr 12" Compound Miter Saw the happy offspring was splattered forth across a basement wall and ceiling.  

In just a short life Frank has had many characters, he has seen the world, touched women, been bitten by a niece and, generally healed nicely.  He can be a little stiff at times; but that's just his way.

Here are the baby pictures.  But, of course, only the cleaned up pics.  The images prior to this were banned from the site !

And here is the happy Nubby at only seven or eight weeks old.  His ugly dark husk well receded and a smile on his chipper little face.  The yellow bonnet showed he was looking forward to spring!

And here he is today.  Upright and strong (and glad that winter is almost over--the cold annoys him slightly).

But unlike the happy expression worn in his youth he now usually has only this blank stare. 

However, when he grows up he wants to be a website moderator!!

I was worried with all of the latest Hollywood tragedys that this might have been "Thing" from the Adams Family.
 
Is this your Frank-n-filet and does this mean it's been a year? It's not an eye so this person couldn't have been running with a stick! How? Just a fast cut or did the saw pull forward?

Happy Birthday Frank-n-Finger and glad you're feeling better.

Now when you try to scratch your nads the middle finger is too long and goes in your....ahh never mind!
