how much air in tires

hi i have a 2010 ultra cvo how much air are you guys running i know it says 36psi front and 40psi rear , but tires feal like a rock?

Max PSI is on the side of the tires for maximum weight carrying.  The manual is just HD's recomendation.  Normally what's in your manual is less than the sidewall be it a car/truck/cycle.

I agree with +2 in front and back. When I picked my 2010 SEUC up last July the bike road like shat. I check the tire pressure when I got home and the stealer put 48 psi in the front and back.

38-40 psi in the front and 40-42 psi in the rear. Tires last longer on the high side and bike is much smoother.

And a good gauge..the error is typically 2%...sooo..do your due diligence... ???

Well when it's 110 degree's out I run 38psi in the front and 40psi in the rear

I've always gone 36 front and 40 rear.  Handles well and good tire wear.
