 :o :o :o

My parts guy said you didn't need the dash pad with the holes already which is the major cost.

My parts guy called HD net to get the list.

What is the price of the Dash Pad?

I didn't write down the prices and my memory stinks.  The dashpad was around $110???  Decided to get the new pad so I can keep the original in case I decide to take the GPS off.

Now that's a good idea.  Did you order the parts?

The mid year parts manual shows the assembly for the GPS.

I've been working with my parts manager and all the parts should be available mid April.

Here's the breakdown,

1106            Screw
1107            Screw
7686            Locknuts (2)
92346-10        Mount  (accepts garmin cradle)
92466-10        Retainer  (goes inside fairing for support)
57885-10        Pad  (dashpad specific to cradle mount, already has holes)

About $150 total.  None of the parts are VIN/CVO protected.

Eric

Erics information is the same that I recieved from my parts manager, the only difference is is that it is specific to the padded dash. In other words you cannot use your existing padded dash. He did not know why and agreed it did not make any sense. You will have to get a parts guy to look up the part numbers or use the ones Eric has already listed. It is not a kit that you can purchase it is all replacement parts. He did say that the Retainer is not showing up in H-D net yet.

Here is the picture from the parts catalog if that helps anyone.  Sorry it's not perfectly sharp.  Took it with a camera - don't have a scanner.

Any help with the fairing mount for a 2008 CVO FLHTCUSE3? Like the look on the dash.

I believe the inner fairing is the same, you will have to buy all the parts listed in the previous post

1106            Screw
1107            Screw
7686            Locknuts (2)
92346-10        Mount  (accepts garmin cradle)
92466-10        Retainer  (goes inside fairing for support)
57885-10        Pad  (dashpad specific to cradle mount, already has holes)
